Welcome to the website and studio blog of LC Piano Studio. The home piano studio is located in Fountain Valley, California with affordable professional instruction provided by classically trained pianist Laura Chang.

Piano Party
The Piano Performance Party at the Richardsons was a success! The participating students had a lot of fun, and learned while having fun as well. I plan to do more of this type of event in the future - perhaps on a bimonthly schedule. Thank you to the Richardsons for opening their home for this event. Any suggestions for future parties are welcome.
Recital Cancelled
There has been a change in an upcoming scheduled event. The May 21 recital has been cancelled due to the fact that many students are not able to participate on May 21. After some deliberation, I have decided to cancel the recital. I sincerely apologize for any Inconvenience this change may cause.
To make up for the cancelled event, a Piano Performance Party will be held in place of the Spring recital on Sunday, June 11th, from 2- 5 pm in the Richardson residence. I will have more information about the Piano Performance Party to give to each student during this week’s lessons.
Once again, I apologize for the cancellation, and I thank you for your understanding.

Links Added
The links section of the site has been updated with resources for students. The policy section has also been updated. Recently, at my home studio, there was a situation in which a parent showed up to visit the studio without prior notice. I was teaching at a student's home and was not able to meet with and address the needs of the parent. To avoid this situation from happening again, please do make an appointment with me prior to visit my home studio. It will also prevent interferrence with another student's lesson time. Thank you for your understanding.
